How Lefthandedness Affect a Person's Life

Not everything is known but some interesting facts have already been uncovered. Twins have an interesting connection to lefthandedness because one is usually born with the trait. Lefties tend to be good on tennis, baseball and swimming. And ugly enough, they can see more clearly under water. What's more? Four of the five people who originally designed the Macintosh computer are lefthanded.

Being lefthanded isn't always easy. In some countries, lefthanded children have been force to change in using their right hands. In the past, lefthandedness was often considered evil since it's connected with the devil, who was almost always portrayed as lefthanded. However, that is just a purely supertition.

Today, the main obstacle which lefties face is that the world is made for righthanded people. However, there are some products that are created to make life easier for them. One of the most popular is lefthanded scissors. There are also notepads, can openers, kitchen knives, and even riding tools which are specially designed for lefties. It is the start but how about the hand shakes and the buttons on shirts? Any lefty can tell you that sometimes, life is not always right.
